The Director Digital Communications is responsible for coordinating communication across all IABC Canberra social media channels and associated platforms for the Board. This role requires approximately 4-5 hours per month plus attendance at board meetings.
These channels and platforms currently include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Draft, schedule and post regular social media content
- live-post content from events and encourage attendees to share their content
- monitor effectiveness of content using analytical tools and report to Board
- develop and coordinate an annual content strategy to help build our following and engagement
- coordinate with the Director Membership Communications to align website, newsletter and social media content
- promote international, regional and local initiatives
- promote the IABC APAC and international brand and tag line and usage by the Association
- works collaboratively with other board directors, board members and volunteers to support the timely promotion of IABC Canberra’s events, programs, opportunities, initiatives and other activities.
