Sounds daunting? It’s not. We offer support and guidance to help you hone your awards submission. It’s a fantastic opportunity to understand what it takes to deliver an outstanding communications campaign.
This year we want more Canberra communications teams to step forward and showcase their skills. Applications for the 2023 awards are now open and submissions are due on 15 January 2020.

The Global Communication Certification Council (GCCC) has developed a certification program that aligns to IABC’s Global Standard and is recognised as an International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO).

IABC Academy

Communicating Canberra
In 2018, we partnered with the University of Canberra to deliver a showcase of communication case studies from organisations across Canberra.
The first project of its kind, the showcase was a fantastic professional development opportunity for final year students studying communications, media and related subjects at the University of Canberra, to hone their skills and build industry relationships.
IABC Canberra members provided case studies from their organisations and our board members mentored students as they conducted interviews and wrote case study examples.
